Pros
Crunchbase has a compelling product direction, especially with the emphasis on Predictions & Insights. It’s clear the company is aiming higher and trying to redefine its value in the market. The people here are smart, thoughtful, and collaborative, and there is real opportunity to make an impact if you’re proactive and comfortable with ambiguity.
Cons
The amount of change is overwhelming. Priorities, org structures, and strategies shift constantly, often without clear communication or follow-through. It’s hard to do good work when the ground is always moving. Culture used to be a priority, but that’s no longer true. Leadership is singularly focused on selling, and everything else—including team morale, employee experience, and cross-functional collaboration—feels deprioritized or ignored. There’s a growing sense that if you’re not directly tied to revenue, you’re being quietly pushed out. Reorgs feel less like business adjustments and more like a way to force attrition.
