1yThere is no employee here who should feel like they are on an island. Consider joining one of the many productive ERG's that we offer, get to know more colleagues, come into the office if possible. I guarantee those feelings will change. Our bonus structure is largely discretionary where leadership can reward the high contributors. Ask yourself how you can offer more in your role, your bonus may change as well!
