      Good pay for supplemental nurses, flexible schedule

      Cons

      Everything else! Staffing was horrible. So much responsibility fell on the nurses. Totally unsafe work environment. The threat of closure was hanging over our heads for 10 years before it finally happened!

      Helping children and adults overcome significant household & environmental challenges.

      Cons

      Had a quota to submit 24 billable units to supervisors. The goal wasn't to provide therapy or counseling to adults or children but to reach max quota to the insurance companies.
