Ambitious startup company - Marketing Manager Crozdesk Employee Review

I received extensive training in my first few weeks and gained an increasing level of responsibility as I got to know the platform better. The team's friendly and there isn't a strict hierarchy. Even as an intern, I often had the opportunities to run my ideas past the CEO and CTO.

Crozdesk is in a shared office space annexed to a club and can sometimes get noisy in the afternoons.

Great marketplace, great platform, great team. Very nice atmosphere and a diverse team. The office location in Shoreditch is also amazing because lunch in Box Park is a treat sometimes. Also, pizza and beer on Fridays means the weekends have a good start.

Sometimes you have to buy your own milk for tea because it's a small team with no dedicated office admin.
