      Pros

      Crown pays really well. The people there are also really nice to work with and managers are easy-going.

      Cons

      I worked in the events and conferences team and it can be very tiring sometimes as some shifts can go up to 10 hours and you'll need to walk A LOT and carry very heavy plates for hours.

      Pros

      Fantastic training and the pay is fantastic. Great facilities for staff free food a discounted gym and they even clean your uniform.

      Cons

      No work life balance which is killer on families/relationships. One minute your doing day shifts the next overnights. Hard to find a car park on the weekend
