Decent benefits but that is about all the pros I can offer
Cons
Zero support from direct management, or middle or upper management. Pay scale is not good at all, considering they structure your route at 10-12 hour days. Unless you are on a route that sells to the big liquor stores in Topeka or Lawrence, the pay structure is not to your benefit. The turnover is vigorous, so trying to communicate with your team is nearly impossible. I’ve had so many different drivers on my route, which creates tension with accounts. The operations team is so often pitted against the sales team, and customers get caught in the crossfire. Not a good company to work for. They have a mentor program which does absolutely nothing. The mentor I was assigned introduced himself to me one time, and said to call him if I ever had any questions.
