      Poor project assessment. Most of the time the projects started really slow and then had to rush into the deadline.

      Pros

      I have yet to meet a person that wasn't super sharp, wonderful, helpful and kind. Best large company I have EVER worked for.

      Cons

      I wish I could transition to full time, not really a 'con'.
