      Decent pay and remote working

      Cons

      No work-life balance (all work), higher ups blame subordinates if anything goes wrong, and you never know what's going on above you i.e. you'll get slammed with a 60 hour work week in the middle of the Summer

      Pros

      I have yet to meet a person that wasn't super sharp, wonderful, helpful and kind. Best large company I have EVER worked for.

      Cons

      I wish I could transition to full time, not really a 'con'.

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
