      Lacking in proper documentation in audit files Went from an antiquated audit platform to an internally developed one that doesn't work. Also, marketing this platform as something great and charging time wasted to clients.

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
