Pros
Great product, compelling mission. Fully remote team (excepting fulfillment centers). Been here for a few years, and while there's been turnover, things seem to be on the right track as we're profitable and newer team members have raised the talent bar and are easy and fun to work with.
Cons
Company struggles with prioritization. It would benefit from focusing on fewer things and having a higher bar for quality and customer experience.
