Pros
1- Work for home 2- high salary for non-US workers 3- Always pay on time
Cons
Actually other than the high salary (for people outside US ), everything else you can imagine is bad. 1) There is no Job security whatsoever in the company. The VPs and managers have a target of firing people each quarter to reduce cost (So they can claim some profit). The company adapt a Factory model where the productivity metrics are important than actual work. If you manage ( you and your manager ) to tweak your metrics number, you will be save. If your screw up for couple of weeks, you will be fired. 2) There is no promotion at all, you are stuck with your level OR you resign and reapply on the higher position. 3) There is no work/life balance. The stress is high to achieve your metrics all the time 4) High Metrics doesn't necessarily means you get a technical/business experience ( though some team do get experience ). There is no vacations at all ( even you will work on your holidays) Honestly, the salary is very high for people from some countries and they will be tempt to apply regardless all reviews written here, My advice for those is that to be careful and expect to be fired any time even if you are doing a good job
