Pros

Wonderful colleagues in the clinics who are passionate about patient care.

Cons

The company is always bragging about how well it's growing and expanding to new states and markets, but refuses to hire enough providers to run a clinic properly. We do not have enough doctors to see patients efficiently and they hire certain modalities more than the ones that have the heaviest patient loads. There is also a sense the ship might sink at any time. Upper management feels disconnected from the reality of providers who are on the ground floor. Every week there's some new change to how things are run. Countless patient surveys that directly affect your reviews and raises even though the data collected is known and proven to be inaccurate. Pay isn't competitive/growing with the market.

Pros

Great co-workers and support from my immediate supervisor. Pay and benefits were also very good, though benefits got progressively downgraded during my four years at the company.

Cons

Employment was dependent on contract with crossover corporate client (Amazon). This led to being laid off once, then rehired, then asked to expand hours. After that, there was no feeling of stability.
