Pros

Agile and high energy company with employees who are truly bought into the mission and vision of the org. Leadership provides strong visibility and alignment, creating a high-trust, high-responsibility environment. Employees work hard but the company also respects a healthy work–life balance. Teams are intentional about connection, super collaborative, and not afraid of respectful debate that leads to creative solutions. Founders and execs genuinely care about employees, and in turn, employees care deeply about the company’s success. CrossnoKaye only hires A+ players, so it’s an honor to be part of such a bright, dedicated team!

Cons

None but you must be agile to work in a growing startup but that is a lot of the fun!

Pros

-Incredible team of A-Players. I'm surrounded by some of the smartest, most driven people out there—everyone is pushing toward the same goal, and it’s inspiring to be part of. I have never had such an incredible recruiting experience. -A mission that actually matters. We’re not just building cool tech—we’re revolutionizing the food & beverage industry in a way that makes a real difference. I feel like I am working on something bigger than myself. -Leadership listens. I have direct communication with leadership and my ideas are valued. There’s a real sense of collaboration at this company that I have never seen anywhere else. -Wins are celebrated. CrossnoKaye does an amazing job of recognizing my hard work and making me feel valued. Whether it’s a shoutout in a meeting, bonuses, or just a genuine “thank you,” it’s clear that contributions don’t go unnoticed.

Cons

-The pace isn’t for everyone—things move fast, and change is constant. If you need a lot of structure, it might be an adjustment. -With big goals come big challenges, so you have to be ready to problem-solve and adapt.
