If you identify needs and take initiative to address and fill them, you'll be supported and also be provided with the tools to make them happen. That goes for internal and client-facing programs and initiatives. I need both structure and room for creativity, so it's the kind of environment that works for me. Second thing: love that the cornerstone of this IT company is investing in building strong relationships with customers.
