Pros
Pay and benefits are good. When I was there they actually gave me a gift card at Christmas. Once you get your days in they reimburse you for your police clearance. Excellent not every employer does.
Cons
Place is a bit nuts. .My supervisor couldn't handle doing a schedule once we past 4 employees in security. On more than one occasion he had an employee starting at 2 different times. Interesting emailing your boss what time do you want me to start . He seemed unable to comprehend what is on a sheet of paper. My performance review it said give employee a copy of the review. He didn't notice. I had to point it out to him and again this happened more than once. Okay can't do schedule can't read. Now when I started the 2 guards on days had no faith in him. In short they made fun of his abilities constantly. He placed a security camera where it would be buried behind wall. He did tell me the blueprints were misread. Well I hope someone helps him with the blueprints if the place ever expands.
