Pros
The biggest pro is telling people you work at Crocs. People assume it’s a fun, creative, dream job. (Spoiler alert: the reality is quite the opposite)
Cons
Working here felt less like a job and more like being stuck in a never-ending team-building exercise where smiling is mandatory and leaving on time is a suspicious behavior. The unspoken rule? Never leave all at once!! Stagger your exits or risk being labeled uncommitted. The culture is built on artificial cheerfulness, and if you’re not visibly thrilled out of your mind to be there 24/7, you’ll quickly be phased out. Brown-nosing isn’t just encouraged, it’s mandatory and practically the fastest way to move up!! You’re regularly reminded how “replaceable” you are, as if that’s meant to be motivational. And personal time? Learn to live without it. Bring it up and you’ll be treated like you just announced you’re going on a three-month sabbatical mid-crisis. If you're into burnout disguised as hustle and silence disguised as culture, you’ll love it here!!
