Pros
- most people are nice and friendly - Freedom of job hours and remote working opportunities - diverse staff allows you to learn from other cultures and backgrounds - a few hours every month to learn new stuff (no paid courses anymore)
Cons
- people have over all low work motivation and depressing outlook of the future of the company - bad communication from management - extremely low salary - some "abuse" of internship contracts - hard to get necessary tools and software - somewhat fake "we are all a family" culture from management - most people leave very quickly and the average work time outside management is somewhere around 2 to 4 years - no teamwork or collaboration between teams
