Pros
Good benefits at a reasonable cost; helpful, pleasant co-workers
Cons
If you're unlucky enough to land on a team with a bullying micromanager, you won't have a 4- or 5-star experience. We were monitored like a kindergarten class: 'All calls, IMs, and emails MUST be responded to within 5 minutes of receipt.' Daily stand-ups were a mix of sarcasm and needless attempts to put someone on the spot. I left without having another position lined up, that's how bad it was. In my 16 months on this team, 7 of the 12 employees left (some stayed on the same contract but went to a different employer) and the positions had to be filled again. Target probably has a better turnover rate.
