Hands-down the most toxic workplace I’ve ever been part of.
Micromanagement is out of control. You are not trusted to make even the smallest decisions about your own day. Every minute feels monitored.
Leadership is completely dysfunctional. There is no vision, no alignment, and no accountability. Decisions change daily, and chaos is the norm.
Management routinely talks down to employees—condescending, dismissive, and often outright rude. Psychological safety is nonexistent.
Severe overwork is treated as normal, and any concerns you raise are ignored or brushed off.
The culture is driven by fear, ego, and control rather than performance, teamwork, or basic respect.
If you value autonomy, respect, or a healthy work environment, this is absolutely not the place to be.
