Pros

Solid, well-engineered advertising product that performs well in the market and should lead to a happy healthy business outlook.

Cons

While French management team is strong with vision and execution, business leads in London are uneven and US management was the worst. Workplace was paranoid and depressing even as the company marched towards its IPO, and degenerated after that. Not a happy place. Most US leadership has been blown out since then but the negative afterglow is a lot to overcome.

Hello - thank you for your feedback. It saddens us to see a review like this. With the rapid growth that we are seeing, there is a lot of new leadership in place, and a LOT of first time managers who are learning themselves, of course this comes with challenges for our employees. For you. We are keen to fix this, and your feedback here goes to the heard of the Power Up empowerment project we've launched. In 2016, we're also focusing more on training our managers to be better managers, exactly because of the feedback you've mentioned here. If you have other suggestions, please do reach out to local HR. Your feedback is critical to us.

Good work life balance, all young people.

Cons

Taking away perks that we have had for a long time. Eventually reach your cap as an IC.

Pros

People I worked with and the culture was great, work life balance was fantastic.

Cons

Every year now it layoffs, makes one want to ask a question. Perhaps Criteo needs a better CFO to manage the companies finances. Being every year Criteo is laying people off, yet CFO still remains. Perhaps Criteo needs to look at those who are staying a bit closer.
