Pros

- none worth in case you are a minority

Cons

If you are a minority and are reading this I highly suggest not pursuing any job at Criteo. This is a toxic work environment for diverse people. I am only writing this review to warn fellow minorities. Hope you will find an inclusive company. Good luck!

We're really sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience working with us. Diversity and Inclusion are a high priority on the company's agenda. All recruiters are regularly trained to ensure that the recruitment process is inclusive. Additionally, we have just hired a dedicated, experienced person to head up the D&I program at Criteo and we look forward to this resulting in an even greater breadth of diversity and a stronger sense of inclusion among our employees. We have also launched several diversity-related communities within Criteo, which are led by employees with the support of Criteo. We encourage you to check out our main actions and initiatives on the Criteo Careers Blog as well or on our internal dedicated slack channels (https://careers.criteo.com/blog).

Pros

Good work life balance, all young people.

Cons

Taking away perks that we have had for a long time. Eventually reach your cap as an IC.

Pros

People I worked with and the culture was great, work life balance was fantastic.

Cons

Every year now it layoffs, makes one want to ask a question. Perhaps Criteo needs a better CFO to manage the companies finances. Being every year Criteo is laying people off, yet CFO still remains. Perhaps Criteo needs to look at those who are staying a bit closer.

Through the way they connect, build each other up, and impact one another, people make Criteo into a unique workplace every day, and we’re glad it's something you appreciated during your time with us. When it comes to our company’s future, decisions are never arbitrary but made with shared responsibility, maximum transparency, and bearing our long-term organizational health in mind. Yet, receiving open feedback, whether positive or not, is always valuable to us, so thank you for sharing yours. We wish you the best for what comes next.
