Pros
Beautiful salon, kind owner, great hotel with a lot of diversity and dynamics to work with, awesome guests, and a very highly trained technical staff.
Cons
Min. marketing dollars to work with. Independent stylist had a hard time adjusting to the rules and regulations of the hotel world and understand that MGM's bigger pictures was much larger than ours in that setting. The politics of numerous bosses directly and indirectly(my owner in addition to MGM and MGM Resorts International Presidents and VP's).
