As a small business you get to see and be a part of all aspects of an Internet Retailer with a great name. Great place to build a portfolio for product design, web or sales results. If you come in with real skills, management will let you use the skills and experiment to improve sales, quality, product ideas etc. In a larger company, it might be years before anyone would look at your ideas. Here they understand not many people have the industry background and are willing to teach.
Cons
You must contribute to succeed, Not a place to just get by with low effort. Expected to learn as much as possible about the industry to make customers happy. Management has little patience for people that are not motivated to learn.
