Supportive leadership and a strong team-first culture. Clear expectations make performance goals easy to understand. Great opportunity to influence multiple locations, and build relationships with dealers and store teams.

Cons

Indirect channel can feel challenging because you don’t always have full control over staffing or execution in partner locations. Metrics can change frequently and communication with dealers sometimes delayed. Territory coverage and travel can be heavy depending on market size.
