Crewe is as professional as i t gets. Wonderful team of guys who know the industry and what intern/undergraduates want exposure to. The program offers a lot of interfacing with clients, upper management and fellow interns. Very collaborative structure. Crewe has only associates and above, no full-time analyst, the interns really fill that role of the firm and you feel that responsibility. Crewe is a great network to be a part of.

Brought on a lot of analysts which gave us bandwidth, but we were sitting around waiting for something to do often times.
