      Pros

      The management team is great at all levels, even at the top. It is a large company that is ran like a small business. You will always feel supported in your role.

      Cons

      The only downside is that bonuses are available but extremely hard to achieve. It is rare that even seasoned employees get them.

      Pros

      The area management is amazing and very supportive. The customers are tough to deal with at times but management is great about stepping in if something gets out of hand.

      Cons

      They offer quarterly bonuses but don't expect to meet the requirements and if you do don't expect to be paid the bonus. The minimum requirements for a bonus are set by Home Depot corporate and based off of customer reviews. No one I worked with in flooring ever received and bonus.
