Crew Concepts offers an amazing opportunity for growth. I have developed a lot both personally and professionally. As a recent college graduate I appreciate the opportunity offered by Crew. In most corporate positions it takes people years to reach their goals. At Crew everything is merit based so people are able to advance quickly as a result of their hard work. I've already had the opportunity to travel to various cities across the US including LA, St. Louis, Chicago, Columbus and Indianapolis. I've developed my leadership, communication and marketing skills and have earned the opportunity to interview potential candidates for the position. Ultimately I believe great success is in the cards for Crew Concepts and for the future managers Crew promotes out.

This position requires somebody with an entrepreneurial mindset rather than that of employee. Unfortunately not everybody has the drive to be successful and this job will ultimately not be a good fit for them due to it being merit based.
