Crest Mills is a big company with a small company vibe- we love our CM family and most of the employees that have been there for over 2 years are actually closer to 5-10 total and if you leave; you probably came back!

Just like any company we have growing pains; we can’t always keep up with our growth. We address and sometimes we need to put in extra time to keep up- but the rewards of seeing our product sell out is worth it

My then boss was amazing, she is strict but fair. She always made sure to thank us and also took us out for drinks after a big week

The CEO is horrible, abusive and lacks basic courtesy. Always yelling at people, making people cry, and one thing that stood out to me was when he handed me something, he would just drop it on the floor. The turnaround was horrible. I was there for less than a year but I saw around 15 people quitting.
