Pros

-A small minority of my co-workers are friendly and competent. Although they are all probably looking for new jobs so they probably won't be here long -Very little oversight so its a great place to show up late, leave early, take long breaks and generally do nothing

Cons

It's an idiocracy...All the good people leave while the least competent who have no other options stay and are promoted (but don't worry, they are still not paid well). Very unethical company culture. Bullying culture. Stigma of working here harms the reputation of all employees. Very little job security as people seem to be fired randomly. Terribly expensive health coverage if you have dependents

Pros

The leadership team listens with intent. They actively push to reach the goals set forth. Constantly wanting each person to succeed at what they desire.

Cons

Local descisions aren't always possible and the need to coordinate with another division out of state is difficult.

Pros

Good workplace culture. Lots of group outings figured into each quarter. Friendly environment. Workable with time off. Excellent bonus structure. Although mistakes are common, company is making strides to improve overall.

Cons

Lack of experienced leadership, resulting in chaos in the field at times. Unrealistic goals are projected to corporate through the first 3 quarters of the year, then it’s a sh*t show in December for the field guys and they’re expected to make up for everyone in the office’s shortcomings and mistakes from the last 10 months. The company also does not seem to learn from past mistakes, resulting in the same problems year after year. Sales, design, and construction might as well be three separate companies, as poorly as they work together. Annual raises are minimal, not even matching rising inflation percentages. Insurance package is also so bad, it’s almost not worth having.
