Back office is closed on the weekends. Monday- Friday schedule was nice.
Cons
Where to start!?! After this bank was in legal trouble they continued to do things that were shady and underhanded. They do not value employees, refuse to offer them the necessary tools to do the job well, and constantly have favorites. Turnover is EXTREMELY high, as a result, no one has all of the information they need. Be prepared to kiss the right tail in order to have job security.
