Incredible customers, incredible employees, Bentonville’s pillar of a restaurant. Excellent menu and food experience.

The prestige and success, and also probably (an anecdotal guess) poor spending habits of the owners created a toxic environment where the owners and some newly appointed management imploded a healthy business with thriving relationships and worker morale. Leaderships lack of emotional intelligence led to turmoil, and interpersonal sociopathic manipulation between this businesses ability for further growth and authenticity. It got dark and deep for those who loved this place. Hoping those who step into this job in the future don’t experience the same level of disrespect and abuse. It pained me to give it 2 stars but I suppose it deserves at least that for all the love that EMPLOYEES put into it.
