Small firm which gave the ability to developing processes in all operational and client service aspects of the business. Developed a straight through process with regards to all trading and settlement of security transactions.

There wasn't the opportunity of working in team environment with regards to all departments.

Great team of positive individuals and a fun culture to be part of. Remuneration is good. Certainly a great place to learn the business because of it's still small enough to have a dynamic feel. Convenient workplace location downtown.

Not a lot of perks, though that's also not really expected in Baltimore. There are stressful moments, and your career/learning can plateau quickly.
