Cons
Top management is not aligned and tells different, often contradictive stories. Management is too high opinion about themselves and treat people like a slaves. Some of managers even don't says "hi" when see you near coffee machine, just pretending you are not there. Fake culture and visions, which is just written for papers, actually management doesn't follow them. Terrible, old code, which you need to maintain. You are not developing your skills, but just trying to fix someone else bugs from years ago. Old systems, old equipment. No place for creativity. Priorities changing every couple of days.
