Uncapped bonus on earnings each month. Hybrid working available. 22 days holiday plus bank holiday and your birthday off. Fair use policy on doctors/dentists etc that you are not required to make back up the time. In house rewards for staff who beat targets. Death in service benefit, corporate perks, 24/7 doctor available as well as mental health experts. Approachable management all the way up the tree.
Cons
As the pros you get out what you put in, so there are those who may not contribute so much, the department still has a target however so this can be frustrating when staff are not pulling their weight. Very little chance for progression within the job.
