All jobs have cons. If you can sale good there take isn't any.

The money is great if you can close.

Do you like being lied to by upper management? Do you like endless conniving and scheming by leaders? Do you like being punished for performing? Interested in mass layoffs regularly to cut on costs? Does misogyny appeal to you? If so, look no further, you will love it here. Just know the job isn’t about being knowledgeable about sales or making the company money— it’s about a** kissing to people who have an inflated ego. The more you k*ss a**, the better off you will be. If you don’t believe me, just ask any female in upper management and half of the male coaches, they perfect the art of kneeling down to kiss the ring. Most could not even close a door much less teach anyone else how to do it. I’ve been in sales for over 20 years at the highest levels and have never witnessed people make it into positions that are so utterly clueless and incompetent. Any real and talented sales professional would laugh at them daily- and they do.
