Good start career - Collection Agent Credit One Bank Employee Review

Thanks to our rapid growth, we are currently hiring for positions in a variety of fields, including Collections. We encourage you to get up and walk around during your breaks, which are scheduled typically every two hours during your shift (in addition to your lunch). There is plenty of seating available in our outdoor linear park, which also has two water features perfect for clearing your mind after a couple hours on the phones. Additionally, you may be interested to hear that our Collections team hosts multiple incentives and competitions at any given time. They have monthly incentives based on agent performance (ranging between $200 to more than $1,500 monthly). They just finished December contests where they held drawings for a TV, Oculus, Alexa Echo, and more. That being said, we value all of our current and former employees’ feedback.
