Pros
Right from the interview process, I knew that the culture at Credit Key was something special. Upon now being with the company for several months, I can confirm it was not a facade! Great place to work, great work/life balance, they encourage physical & mental wellness through great benefits & employee perks, the other departments within the company are always an absolute joy to work with & we all have aligned goals for growth, making our growth overall very authentic & organic. I'm look forward to work every single day & often have a smile on my face from morning until night, no matter what I'm working on. I can't rave about Credit Key enough!
Cons
The standard start-up "woes" if you will - moving at lightning speed with many things to do & build out, however the departments & individual employees work extremely well with each other, making these pain points much less painful through the process.
