Management is great to work with.

No cons I can think of.

Will put time into training you within company and there is internal and upward mobility. Typically hires management from within. Does allow employees to bring kids to work when school is out as long as they can be quiet and not cause disturbances. Has a conference room with a tv and game system. Location is easily accessible from I-95. Sometimes there are company lunches and breakfasts. Bonus opportunities

Pay is very low and sometimes advancement to management does not come with increases in income. Good starter job and resume padder, but senior management is a closed fraternity. Most people that can afford to work there long term have a working spouse or significant other. Owner and senior managers should keep criticism of current and former employees confidential. They make you wonder what they are saying about you when you can't hear them.
