Pros
Good benefits. Work life balance. Work from home for most positions and the company has quarterly gatherings outside the office. Annual salary increase depends on performance
Cons
Micromanaging. Some supervisors are not professional when giving feedback especially when their boss is not part of the call. Many times she uses the F word towards us if we are making mistakes and embarass us on the team chat. When its time for us to give feedback to management/HR, she will be nicer on purpose so we don't have anything bad to say
