Pros
Fun environment, everybody is extremely motivated and wanted to get promoted. I learned a lot in sales, the skills I've learned is invaluable and I use them every day. My team leader was a really inspiring person and a true mentor, and he is today a business owner in Credico.
Cons
Extremely long hours and pressure to work until you hit your sales target. While my team leader was inspiring, the business owner of my campaign didn't really care of the people, for him it was just about hitting the sales target. The earning structure was bad, in the entry level in my campaign the top performers didn't even make a good living even though they worked 10+ hours a day. This was the main reasons I left.
