They shirk off from their responsibilities. The chief risk officer is biased, and blames everyone but himself. He is an licker. Doesn't care of his team. Jumps off when CEO calls him. CEO Nirav Choksi is a chain smoker and smokes during the meetings. Ram Kewalramani is too full of himself. Oversmart and throws slangs. This is one of those companies who try too hard to look cool but fail miserably. HR is for namesake. Preferential treatment given. Must avoid this start-up at any costs. It seems so beautiful from the outside. There are few good people. (CTO) etc.
