Pros

Remote work. Flexible (unlimited within reason) time off. Close-knit team, supportive management who are very passionate about helping you grow in your career aspirations. Management treats everyone like adults and trusts us to do our jobs, but still remains open to spending time with us when the need arises. The company has been in business for a long time and yet maintains a healthy startup culture that is warm and fun to work in.

Cons

Fast-paced startup culture that not everyone is suited for. You will wear many hats at times, and no two days are alike. For some it's a con, for others it's what makes working at a startup attractive.

Pros

The only pro is they let you work remote

Cons

The worst workplace I’ve ever come across. I was employed there for over a year doing anything and everything salary workers asked me to do. My manager for Maybelline often asked me to work overtime without pay. I saw so much turnover there and was there longer than some of the salary workers. Starting January 1st they stopped responding to all of our messages for days, until someone else from another team messaged us letting us know our hours were reduced until Feb. 1st. After weeks of no contact, I emailed multiple people for answers and no one would respond. I was never let go from Creator Deck, but simply ignored until I finally gave up trying to work for them. I still have never had a response to any of my 12 emails to management and the team in charge of contract employees. Genuinely the worst I’ve ever been treated by a company and would highly recommend you avoid them. All the salary workers before leaving said this company will not last and is ran very poorly.
