Pros
The building itself is beautiful. Curriculum is amazing. If the rules were followed 100% of the time and there was more experienced management it would be an amazing place to work.
Cons
Poor management. The management chooses which rules to follow and when they want to follow it. They cut hours on payroll. The center does NOT follow state standards and rules unless Licensing is in the building. If the parents only knew what went on.....
