First of all let me clarify that I am a current employee and I personally know how the management makes their puppets write positive reviews all over glassdoor. As an insider, I'll tell you all these positive reviews are scripted versions put forward by their bosses. The negative reviews are not just by fired employees but many have been posted by their former employees who left on their own or who are currently still working in the company like me. So one of the reviews here that suggests that only fired employees posts negative reviews is a total lie. The management says they offer bonus only for the employee to realize at the end of the year that there is no such thing called as a bonus. Benefits are the worst compared to most startups and company contribution to healthcare premium is very less. As lot of people mentioned here, there is no reward for hard work and the so called directors of the company are totally out of touch with their subordinates. Most of these directors aren't qualified themselves and joined creative as the last and worst resort since no one else took them in elsewhere.
