Pros

The people at CND are so nice. Jan Arnold is the best. She's kind, sincere, authentic, and so knowledgeable about nails. JUST LOVE HER!

Cons

There really isn't a downside to CND or at least I haven't found one yet.

Pros

- raises your skills to the highest level as a nail professional - creates more opportunities to be one of the best - prestige and respect in the nail industry - continuing education - talented people to work with

Cons

CND only pays to Education Ambassadors (who are hired as independent contractors) per event, which can be anywhere from 30mins-all day. Sometimes you have to drive 4 hours for a 30 min paid event but you don't get paid for time spent in driving and only get paid for mileage over 300 miles. Preparing for an event or a class is time consuming and is not get paid. You will have to memorize their huge educational encyclopedia and perform any event according to a manual for that event. You will have to travel with heavy bags full of products which is a hassle. You don't get paid for answering numerous emails from CND corporate employees or consumers, trainings, mandatory virtual meetings. You can't rely on this job for income, because they don't always have events for you to do. It can be a good supplement to your current job if you are very organized, reply quickly to emails, business savvy and very patient when it comes to dealing with customers.
