Pros
The engineering team was very patient and eager to help me learn and grow as an engineer. The operations manager is friendly and willing to be somewhat flexible in managing customer needs and engineering specifications. The machinists and assemblers are also all friendly and willing to explain things.
Cons
The nature of how the company handles sales means the engineering -> design -> manufacturing process has to be done at a lightning pace which can put lots of pressure on the engineers, machinists, and assemblers.
