Pros

Occasionally offered free meals when working in office. Since I didn’t, I wasn’t given that perk or a similar perk for being out of state. Flexible hours in some roles.

Cons

During my time at the company, internal communication was inconsistent and transparency from leadership was limited. There was a noticeable pattern of prioritizing external hires, often connected personally to leadership, rather than investing in existing staff. Turnover was high, and the overall direction of the company often felt unclear. Some departments experienced excessive oversight, which affected autonomy and efficiency. Efforts to improve employee satisfaction seemed minimal.

Pros

Remote Working in STEM Decent perks and PTO

Cons

Multiple layoffs/furlough High turnover - revolving door Poor leadership No structure with products Sales is tanking Everyone works in silos CEO has no idea what ahe is doing nor does 70% of the executive leaders Everyone is doing the jobs of 3-5 people Micromanagement beyond belief Favoritism Product pricing makes no sense and it is very difficult to sell I could keep going - a lot of potential but this is a sinking ship and I dont see how they're going to turn it around in a space that is consistently having budget cuts.
