Pros

You get to work on interesting campaigns with well-known brands, which is great for building a portfolio. There are many hardworking people in the team who actually make things happen. The founders are approachable and have made some changes based on employee feedback, such as adjusting office timings.

Cons

There is a clear culture where speaking well sometimes matters more than actually doing the work. Certain senior people are very visible in presentations but tend to disappear when the real work starts during critical pitches or campaign execution. When things go well, they are the first ones to step in and take credit for the work their teams have actually done. Office relationships also make things messy. When these above mentioned senior people are dating someone close to the founders’ office, it becomes very obvious that they get more visibility and get attached to the more exciting campaigns. The same names keep getting highlighted whenever something big or interesting comes in, even if the actual heavy lifting is done by others in the team. This kind of environment can be frustrating for people who consistently do the work but rarely get the same recognition.

Pros

Need to think bcoz no pros to mention

Cons

Poor management that sucks out the whole energy. Too many negative people across and higher management is just trying to pull down other hard working employees, founders are multiple with their own attitude and zero attention to management. Person who doesn’t have any knowledge has been given multiple power. Illogical and stupid ppl are taking interview with zero knowledge about required skills and knowledge. And if this is not less they make it more hard by making employees work for 9 hours like a slave. Mumbai office will clash down if no proper management comes up and also founders and so called upper management employees should Learn to Keep the ego aside. No personal comments but this are facts. Hiring ppl from other competitors makes you look fool and jokers and on top of that other favoured employees are taking advantages of leaves , wfh with zero attention from management. Hope founders will look into it and do something.

Pros

1. The office has a young, fun crowd that makes work enjoyable. 2. One of the best workspaces in the city. 3. New senior people from the industry have joined recently, and it feels like the company is making positive changes with their support. 4. The company hosts great celebrations — the recent townhall, for example, was a memorable experience.

Cons

1. While family involvement is fine, some family members without much experience in the industry or content space are leading departments and making decisions. 2. Limited clarity and planning around employee growth and career progression. 3. Timings are enforced too strictly. 4. With the new Mumbai office, Both the founders are usually there. It would help if one founder stayed back in Indore to be more approachable for that team.
