The organization has a truly inspiring mission in supporting artists get connected to resources. Depending on your department you are given the opportunity to interact with interesting people and be exposed to ground breaking art from a variety of fields.
Cons
The company culture is miserable. There is very little room or encouragement for growth, and its difficult to trust management.
