A lot of the employees are very passionate and hardworking. A great team environment has been built amongst staff dispute the lack of help from leadership.
Cons
There is a toxic environment built due to the owners being inept at understanding the basics of the apparel manufacturing industry. They are damaging the success their own business by undermining their own team and refusing to adapt to new environments in a way that would be beneficial to the company.
